With over 15 years of clinical experience, she has trained providers across the country, delivering engaging, high-impact presentations that help injectors improve outcomes, elevate their patient experience, and increase revenue—without sacrificing artistry.

Michele is the CEO and Clinical Director of Seaside Skin Care in San Clemente, California, a top 250 Allergan account, where she mentors a team of injectors from foundational skills to advanced techniques. A top graduate of Johns Hopkins University and a Fuld Fellow Scholar, she brings both academic rigor and real-world acumen to every stage. Michele is a national trainer for Allergan Medical Institute as well as speaking nationally.
